REPORTS TO: Pipe Manager SUPERVISES: Pipe Foremen/Supervisors: Overview of position : The primary function of the Pipe Lead Foreman is to work with the department Manager and project team to give guidance to the Pipe Foremen for the project regarding all daily tasks and manning. This position will also carry all CAM responsibilities for the cost account assigned to them for the project. AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the implementation of all production schedules, monitoring and maintenance of schedules in conjunction with Pipe Foremen and Supervisors assigned to their project. - Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of adequate stock levels - Responsible for attending all project meetings and liaising between the project team and foremen to ensure project goals are met. - Ensuring correct construction and inspection procedures are adhered to - Responsible for sourcing and distributing of information to Foremen/Supervisors assigned to their project. - Responsible for liaising with and directing outside contractors - Accountable for monitoring resource levels and the distribution of these resources - Assisting with the maintaining of safe working practice...
