Description Job Location/Department: Individual Site Office in Ithaca, NY with 42 units Reporting Relationship: Reports to Community Manager and/or Maintenance Director Part-time hours. Between 24-32 hours/week. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations to maintain the physical condition of the property and timely completion of vacant apartments. Ensure the quality and safety of property, staff, and residents. Maintain a positive customer service attitude by being professional, respectful, and responsive to vendors, staff, and residents. Coordinate, be available, and ensure proper response for maintenance emergencies outside of business hours. COMPLIANCE: - Schedule and provide on-call maintenance on a rotational basis and carry a cell phone as required for on-call maintenance. - Schedule, coordinate, and monitor timely and effective completion of routine resident service requests, preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, capital improvement projects, and tool and equipment maintenance. - Supervise daily activities performed by vendors, and contractors.
