Reporting to the SVP, HR & CHRO, the Sr Director of Benefits will take a broad, strategic and hands-on approach to managing robust benefits programs that are intended to meet the diverse needs of our workforce. Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for design, delivery and administration of self-funded domestic and international benefit plans to include medical, pharmacy, dental, life and disability programs - Ensures compliance (HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA and other privacy regulations), leads the preparation of appropriate documents and filings as required (i.e. 5500s, SPDs, Annual notices, etc.) and reviews and maintains benefit pla...
