Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Overnight: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM As a Behavioral Health Technician , you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive environment for teenage girls facing mental health challenges. Your work helps clients build coping skills, reconnect with family, and move toward sustainable wellness using proven therapeutic approaches. - 4-Day Work Week | 10-Hour Shifts | Overtime Available | Rotating Weekends Responsibilities: - Ensure Client Safety - Supervision of client emotional and physical safety - Provide early intervention ahead of and during emotional and behavioral crises - Maintain personal and professional boundaries - Align and Operate within the Treatment Team’s Approach for Each Client - Attend to daily Treatment Team direction for updates on client treatment protocol application - Communicate and collaborate with supervisors and clinicians regarding client issues and notable progress - Document client progress notes daily - Provide Quality and Engaging Client Services - Encourage client engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications - Coach and develop client social skills - Plan and fac...
