About the Role The purpose of this role is to ensure CIMIC delivers robust, efficient and compliant quality and completions practices that support safe, consistent, risk‑informed and on‑time execution of work from project commencement through to final handover. Your key responsibilities will include: Driving digital integration, real‑time visibility and connected workforce practices to enhance collaboration and support proactive, end‑to‑end quality and completions management. Leading data‑driven decision‑making, improving traceability, transparency and predictive insights across delivery, commissioning and close‑out. Developing and implementing targeted risk‑management processes focused on high‑impact quality and completions risks to strengthen prevention capability and delivery certainty. Embedding and governing progressive delivery practices, ensuring inspections, verifications and documentation are completed in sequence as work progresses. Influencing senior leaders to prioritise quality and completions, driving strategic alignment, accountability and a culture that values completion readiness as a core project success factor.
