JOB TITLE: Assistant Supervisor, Demand Response JOB PURPOSE: Provide leadership support to the Transit Supervisor, Demand Response PAY: $18.35 - $18.85/hr, depending on experience. We offer competitive periodic raises. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide support to the Supervisor by assisting in the supervision and coordination of SafeRide operations, fill in as Demand Response Supervisor as needed. - Maintain vehicle & equipment inventory, assign equipment resources to employees. - Coordinate, enforce, and document all mandated federal/state regulations, and department policies pertaining to the transit system and safety. - Complete documentation of personnel performance, complete compliance checks. - Provide training to new drivers/dispatchers, ensure that they are prepared to perform job duties on their own. - Respond to and investigate vehicle related accidents/incidents. - Respond to and investigate passenger related complaints/incidents. - P...
