Position: Senior Key Account Manager: Location: London, Hybrid About the Position: This is a critical and high-profile role within the UK&I Organisation. As Senior Key Account Manager, you will drive growth by managing a Top 4 UK Grocery Retailer (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrisons) and fostering strategic relationships. Your focus will include delivering turnover and P&L targets, providing team leadership by mentoring National Key Account Managers, driving internal alignment between Flora Food Group and our retail partners, and crafting innovative strategies to grow the business. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Account Management: - Oversee P&L performance, crafting tailored plans to maximise sales and growth opportunities. - Lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) negotiations and promotional planning that align with Flora Food Group’s objectives.
