Participants explore skating fundamentals, ring control, passing, shooting, gameplay concepts, and physical literacy activities. Our guiding principles include building confidence, developing core ringette skills, fostering teamwork, and creating meaningful connections through sport. This full‑summer leadership role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a high‑quality, safe, and progressive ringette camp experience for participants ages 5–11. The Lead Instructor provides directions to a team of instructors and junior instructors.
