Job Type Full-time Description: Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to win complex deals over time—not just close quick transactions? We’re a growing healthcare services organization partnering with employers to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and support employees through critical moments. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in longer sales cycles, builds trust with multiple stakeholders, and knows how to create momentum before an RFP ever hits. What You’ll Do: - Develop and manage a pipeline of mid-to-large employer opportunities - Build relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Risk, and executive leadership - Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and influencers - Partner with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners to drive new business - Lead consultative sales conversations focused on outcomes, value, and long-term impact - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close What We’re Looking For: - Experience selling in a 6–12+ month sales cycle environment - Background in one or more of the following: - Workers Compensation / Occupational Health - Physical Therapy / Home Health - Healthcare Sa...
