Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Coordinator of Crisis Services, will serve individuals requiring an enhanced level of support for substance use disorders and/or Co-occurring disorders who access CMHA-CEI’s Crisis Services. The Recovery Coach will serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to individuals seeking recovery to help access services and supports, prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies, and procedures. This position will be a flex position working both; in the office and with the expectation to deploy with the mobile staff into the community to meet with individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Requirements: Possession of a high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
