This role is built for leaders who are operationally strong, fully available, and capable of managing both personnel and client relationships in dynamic environments. Availability Requirements: This is a leadership role requiring full flexibility. Candidates must be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Minimum Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in armed security and supervisory or management roles - Prior management experience required - Former law enforcement or military background strongly preferred - Valid California Guard Card and Exposed Firearms Permit required - Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills - Ability to respond to operational issues on short notice Core Responsibilities: This is not a desk-only role.
