About Role: The Strategic Program Manager is accountable to provide the commercial & operational direction for nominated chemical customer contracts either by customer group or by region, within the contracts business unit. Accountable for the directing, managing & coordination of all contract activities within the given customer contracts and supporting functions to achieve the Company’s business goals. Responsible for the financial growth within customer accounts and maximizing opportunities to grow relationships. Manage a contract team to administer the day-to-day operational functions and deliver best in class customer service, build partnerships, and support the customer contracts.
