Position Summary: The Senior Accountant develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control. Supports the general ledger closing cycle, fixed asset management, inventory control management, financial statement reporting, and projects requiring financial expertise. What you will do: Interprets and applies corporate financial policies and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Ensure a high level of integrity is maintained within the general ledger and financial statements. Participates in month-end, quarter-end and year-end general ledger closing cycle and financial statement preparation and account reconciliations. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare journal entries. Completes monthly division and consolidated financial statements with related charts and graphs.
