Please note that this position is fixed term Maternity cover position The Senior Billing and Collections Advisor will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of their assigned billing and collections team. This position involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer invoices, overseeing debt management, and supporting the Team Leader in achieving team objectives. The Senior Advisor will handle complex queries, conduct quality assurance checks, and assist with training and development of team members.
