Sandvik Mining, a global market leader in mining and rock excavation, has an opening for a Campus Facilities Maintenance Specialist. The primary function of this role is to oversee the maintenance and operational functions of our Elko campus facilities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: HVAC Systems Maintenance: Perform the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Parking Lot Maintenance and Snow Removal: Manage the upkeep of parking lots, including resurfacing and line painting. Perform snow removal operations to ensure safe and accessible parking and access road areas. Landscaping Management: Maintain attractive and functional outdoor spaces. Building Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and codes. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and upgrades. Front Desk Admissions Assistance: Assist with front desk operations, including visitor admissions and handling inquiries. Wash Bays and Paint Booths Maintenance: Support the maintenance and cleanliness of wash bays and paint booths to ensure a safe working environment.
