Patient Advocate & Concierge Nursing Advisor – Indianapolis Broad Street Advocates & Private Nursing is launching its presence in Indianapolis and seeking an experienced nurse to help establish and lead our model of care locally. This role is designed for a clinician who wants to move beyond institutional healthcare and apply their experience in a more personalized, relationship-driven approach to care. Broad Street’s model combines patient advocacy, concierge nursing, and clinical coordination to support individuals and families navigating complex health situations while remaining in their homes. Because we are private-pay Concierge Health Service, we have the freedom to provide the best possible care. We work with families who want proactive oversight, clinical judgment, and trusted guidance - not episodic or insurance-driven care. No coding, just care.
