Residence Inn Portsmouth, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a dependable, organized, and diligent PM Maintenance Technician to join our team covering the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift. This position is responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems in the hotel. This position is offering a $500 Hiring Bonus, subject to applicable tax withholdings. $250 to be paid out after 3 months of employment and the remaining $250 after 6 months of employment.
