PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operates equipment needed to perform job - Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition - Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision - Utilize safe work habits - Wear appropriate PPE - Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures. - Comply with all NOV HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures. - Comply with all NOV Quality policies, guidelines and procedures. - Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to work overtime and shift work as required - Standing up to 12 hours daily - Walking up to 12 hours daily - Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily - Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily - Lifting (weights up to 50 lbs.) regularly - Travel less than 10% BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: - Dependability/Attendance - Problem Solving/Judgement - Thoroughness and detailed-oriented - Ability to work in a team environment TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: We offer a competitive benefits package starting first date of employment that includes: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K savings plan, paid time-off, and starting at 3 weeks of vacation!
