Job description

Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation for the administrative duties for busy sleep disorders center with multiple locations. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Effectively communicates via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Organizes and schedules appointments, completes registrations, maintains contact list, and answers phone calls. 2. Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, forms, and emails. 3. Develops and maintains appropriate paperwork is scanned. 4. Provides general support to visitors and provides information by answering questions and requests. 5. Performs insurance authorizations and verifications. 6. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 1. Associate's degree in business administration or related field. 2.
