Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager - Counter-UxS Job Category: Business Development and Marketing Time Type: Full time: Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular: Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 50% Type of Travel: Continental US: Spectrum Superiority is searching for an experienced Business Development Manager with a successful track record in identifying, shaping, and winning new business opportunities in the C-UxS, and Electronic Warfare markets with Department of War (DoW) and intelligence community customers as well as Industry Partners. **This role will be based at our Sterling, VA location. Candidates MUST have the ability to commute at least 2 days a week to this location.** Responsibilities: Primary focus will be on the identification, development, and qualification of opportunities inside the Department of War and with Intelligence and Federal Agencies for non-kinetic and low collateral damage C-UxS Solutions with a focus on both rapid reaction and Programs of Record as well as developing key partnerships with industry OEMs for integration of C-C5ISR Products and Capabilities.
