Full Time: Days: Job Summary: The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a liaison between system operations and the Human Resources department. The HRBP develops partnerships across the HR Centers of Excellence to deliver value-added service to system leadership and employees, while supporting the mission, values and business goals and strategies of the organization. The HRBP provides support on workforce issues impacting strategic and business objectives, provides data analysis and assists with employee relations issues and various HR initiatives. Valid State of Oklahoma Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle liability insurance in the amount required by SFHS guidelines. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.
