This position provides strategic direction, on-deck coaching, and operational oversight to ensure a high-quality, competitive, and member-focused aquatics experience. Minimum Qualifications: - Two years of proven experience in competitive swim coaching, preferably with age group or club-level swimmers. - Current lifeguard certification; Lifeguard Instructor or Pool Operator certification preferred - CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications (or willingness to obtain).
