Job Description We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to act as the strategic finance business partner for HR, Tech & Data as well as a selection of Head Office departments. You enable data-drven decision-making, by combining strong financial expertise with business acumen to drive performance, improve predictability, and strengthen control. You challenge and support senior stakeholders with sharp insights and a clear point of view. You pleay a key role in strengthening business control across your domains while also playing a key role in setting standards and improving cost control processes across all Head Office departments. You will be part of the central Control & Analytics team in Amsterdam and report directly to the Head of Group Control.
