Job description

Position Function: The camp counselor is responsible for leading and implementing activities and experiences to children in group setting. They will also be responsible for the general safety and development, growth, and skill achievement of the participants in his/her group. The counselor will provide high quality life team building exercises for participants that focus on leadership and life skills. Employees hired into Intermittent positions are limited to working no more than 720 hours per fiscal year. Salary Grade : UC: Please see Staff Compensation Structure or Skilled Crafts and Service Maintenance Compensation Schedule for salary ranges. For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.
