Job Summary: Support the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) in this full-time non-exempt hourly SCA position. As part of the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), the Simulation Technician provides support to the MTC and other training facilities/deployed sites (as required). Serves as the local hardware, software and functional expert for one of the following: FIRESIM, BSWS, JDLM, MUSE or SENGEN. Answers questions concerning operation of the system, troubleshoots problems and provides configuration management on software/hardware systems. Provides formal classroom instruction to BSWS operators prior to constructive exercises. Maintains setup, testing and troubleshooting guides for SME system.
