Rehab Without Walls® is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our innovative Home & Community based Neurorehabilitation Program in San Francisco, CA. This full-time role offers the opportunity to serve as a primary therapist , guiding patients from evaluation through discharge while delivering care in the environments where real life unfolds. Our model moves beyond the clinic walls by bringing rehabilitation into homes, workplaces, schools, and community spaces to drive meaningful, functional outcomes. Who We’re Looking For: - An experienced SLP eager to own the full episode of care as the primary therapist from evaluation through discharge . - Comfortable managing a 40-hour salaried caseload , typically 5–7 patients per week (most frequently 5 patients receiving 6 hours of treatment each). - Passionate about functional, real-world rehabilitation , treating patients in their everyday environments. - Ready to move beyond staged therapy sett...
