Contract type: Permanent Location: London Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: Thursday 7th May We’re hiring a brand‑new Process Reinvention Lead to help shape the future of how work gets done at RLAM. This is a rare opportunity to define and lead a new capability at the intersection of business transformation, process excellence and AI enablement. The Process Reinvention Lead will be a hands‑on role in understanding how processes work today, challenging established ways of working, and designing future‑state processes, operating models and role structures that are fit for the future. As a key member of the Data Transformation team, this role owns the full process reinvention lifecycle, from demand intake and prioritisation through to delivery, adoption and value realisation. Working closely with senior leaders, strategy teams and data/AI colleagues, you’ll help build a data‑led, scalable process reinvention capability across RLAM, championing strong data visualisation and measurable, bottom‑up business outcomes.
