Job Description: As a Food Safety & Quality Associate you will ensure all HelloFresh mealkits meet food safety and quality standards (FSQ) and are safe for customers. Shifts Available: Thursday to Sunday - 6:45pm to 5:15am Friday to Monday - 6:45pm to 5:15am Saturday to Tuesday - 6:45am to 5:15pm Key Responsibilities: - Conduct required food safety checks, including taking product temperatures, verifying expiration dates, and performing sanitation swabs. - Enforce and adhere to all safety, GMP, allergen control, food defense, PPE, hygiene, and SQF policies and procedures. - Report FSQ problems and initiate corrective action, including shutting down the production line for major non-conformances. - Audit, record results, and gather discarded product from the production floor. - Coach employees to follow HelloFresh policies and support the sanitation team. - Perform routine CCP verifications and instrument calibrations (scales/thermometer). - Assist in non-conformance identification and CAPA analysis.
