Position Summary: We are a growing nonprofit practice focused on accessible, high-quality outpatient care. The Outpatient Mental Health & Neurodevelopmental Clinician provides therapy and assessment for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mental health and neurodevelopmental needs. This role emphasizes practical, person-centered care that supports wellness, daily functioning, and long-term growth. The clinician works closely with clients, families, and a small interdisciplinary team to provide consistent, coordinated care in an outpatient setting. Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 DOE.
