Come work at the best place to give and receive care! Job Description: Main Campus | The Elliot Call Center is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week department. | Full Time 32 hours a week 3rd Shift. This position will work overnights and have a rotating schedule to work every other weekend. Schedule: Week 1: Mon 10pm-6am Thursday 10pm-6am Fri 10pm-6am Sat 10pm-6am Week2: Mon 10pm-6am Tuesday 10pm-6am Wed 10pm-6am Thurs 10pm-6am Green is the change week to week. This will allow for only working every other weekend. About the Job: To provide superior service excellence and promote the Elliot Experience to all that access the Elliot Health System via the main telephone lines: River’s Edge, New Hampshire Hospital for Children, Elliot Direct, Elliot Physicians After Hours, Elliot Pediatric Transport, Information Technology After Hour Support by answering and routing all incoming, outgoing and inter-organizational calls to the proper destinations.
