This job communicates with manager/directors and end users to optimize scheduling ease and improve/increase appointment access. Consistently works with other regions to obtain standardization of scheduling process across providers, departments and regions; and assumes responsibility for developing and distributing daily, weekly monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the regional leadership team. Education Required - High School diploma or equivalent Preferred - Bachelor's degree: Preferred -Additional degrees, business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications.
