The Role: We're looking for an Operations Associate to work directly with the Finance & Operations Manager, providing hands-on support across the full breadth of business operations. This is a generalist role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to every aspect of scaling a B2B SaaS company. You'll work across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and Customer Operations - building processes, automating workflows, and helping the leadership team execute on growth priorities. There’ll also be involvement with special projects and direct access to senior management.
