Job description

Minimum qualifications: Applying aesthetic, visual design, and UI design principles as well as principles of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), human behavior, and cognition to products Partnering with UXR to define and measure success and analyze data to generate solutions and evaluate outcomes Analysis of industry and market trends or competitive analysis to inform strategy Leading design projects in a complex, cross-functional organization and influencing high-level stakeholders and teams through data-driven storytelling and presentations Systems thinking to analyze interrelationships between components within complex product or organizational systems - Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a UX Designer-related occupation. - Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: About the job: The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products.
