The role supports, facilitates, and coordinates the efficient implementation of the Practice Learning & Development (PL&D) functions for Djirra, assisting with compliance, competency, technical and mandatory practice skills and professional development. The role oversees implementation of practice Workforce Development initiatives focused on Djirra’s frontline staff, including needs analysis, training plans, administration, delivery, record management and evaluation. The Practice and Workforce Development Lead is also responsible for coordinating, training and professional development requests, both ad hoc and through the Performance Development and Review process, in collaboration with the Learning and Workforce Development Lead, Managers and staff.
