Hiring: Business Analyst / Solution Designer – Regulatory Reporting Amsterdam, Netherlands (Onsite) Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 Months We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Solution Designer to join the Asset Based Finance IT department for a leading banking client in Amsterdam. In this role, you will work within an Agile Scrum team responsible for Regulatory Reporting solutions in the Commercial Finance domain. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data domain owners, and software engineers to deliver compliant, accurate, and auditable regulatory reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyse regulatory and business requirements and translate them into robust IT solutions Design clear and development-ready functional specifications Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies Define Azure DevOps Boards work items including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria Support developers during implementation and participate in software testing and validation Ensure regulatory reporting solutions meet Basel and financial compliance requirements Work closely with business, data, and technical st...
