Description Scentsy is looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to drive effective new customer acquisition and optimize ads for revenue and profitability through strategic management of paid advertising campaigns and continual analysis of creative performance to optimize assets and drive scalable growth. What You'll Do: - Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, to achieve Key performance Indicators (KPIs) such as new customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and net revenue - Conduct in-depth audience targeting and competitive analysis to inform paid ad content strategies and maximize performance - Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing monthly reporting and actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve campaign objectives - Identify new opportunities for audience targeting, ad formats, and campaign optimization to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency - Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed We're Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across various pla...
