Job Scope: The Production Supervisor (PS) leads the daily work flow on his/her respective manufacturing cell, oversees the production process, achieves quality and production objectives, and ensures compliance with Quality System requirements and International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The PS promotes World-Class Manufacturing while emphasizing an environment which fosters teamwork, administers reports and documentation, drives support of Company policies and procedures, maintains good housekeeping through 5S concepts, and enforces all safety rules. 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am Responsibilities: - Ensures on time delivery by effectively managing throughput, productivity, and staffing level. - Ensures employees in assigned cell are trained on applicable SOPs and WIs, cell...
