Role Summary: Responsible for all import shipments and ensure on-time delivery to support production and plant requirements at an optimum service quality level availing the most competitive rate in the market. ️ Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day to day import operations - Coordinate import shipments with forwarders at origin and destination; to ensure immediate uplift/loading into the first available and preferred carrier. - Closely coordinate with brokers at destination the urgency of shipment for seamless customs clearance paper-works processing to achieve the target material in-house date and time. - Assertively suggests most logical and applicable ship-mode to buyers and vendors as internall...
