About the Position: Dexis is seeking a Consultant Recruiter to support talent acquisition for programs with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and related federal clients. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized positions spanning international development, development finance, monitoring and evaluation (MEL), analytics, and enterprise IT. The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting in federal contracting environments, with the ability to build pipelines for both proposal (pre-award) and program execution (post-award) staffing needs.
