Position Summary: The Video Teller will perform video (on- camera) transactions on behalf of our customers and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional, professional, and consistent service. This will include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers, as well as fielding a variety of other customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities: - Provide teller assistance to customers and enhance the customer’s interactive banking experience via video technology across all First Southern Markets. - Facilitate the ITM experience for customers by providing step-by-step guidance through the ITM process. - Process various transactions including, but not limited to deposits...
