Supported Assistant Practitioner/Assistant Practitioner | 10338 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £32,061 to £33,699 (G grade) or £29,064 to £31,022 (F grade) per annum | Grade F/G | Norwich An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit an Assistant Practitioner to join the Northern Mental Health Social Care Team, covering the North Norfolk area as well as the Mental Health Duty Team. We have embraced our new Community Social Work model, Human Learning Systems, looking at new and creative ways to prevent, reduce and delay care and support needs. Early intervention, creativity and utilising community assets are key, as is improving our community-led support offer which will include engaging with people in public spaces.
