Job Description: We are seeking Kitchen Stewards to join our team in our new Dining Hall. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen facilities while ensuring compliance with health department regulations and company standards. - Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment using dishwashers and manual washing methods - Maintain cleanliness of the entire kitchen area through regular sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing - Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas - Monitor and maintain dish machine cleanliness and functionality - H...
