What the role is all about: The Sport Service Assistant plays an essential frontline role in the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the Performance Training Centre (PTC) and the Bob Niven Training Centre (BNTC). The Sport Service Assistant acts as the face of the PTC, ensuring all guests have exceptional experiences throughout every visit. This role provides administrative assistance and blends customer service excellence, operational support, facility readiness, coordination, and professional service delivery.
