Spreetail is seeking a high-energy, self-starting Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site in Dallas/Hutchins . This is a critical role focused on driving our rapid headcount growth within our DFW Fulfillment Center. Engagement: 60-75 day contract (Immediate start) Location: On-site – DFW Fulfillment Center How you will achieve success: Execute High-Volume Hiring: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for 50+ roles per month, focusing on supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations. Manage Open Interview Days: Facilitate and lead on-site hiring events and "Open Interview" blocks to ensure a steady flow of quality talent. Aggressive Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, local job boards, and community partnerships to maintain a robust pipeline.
