The Role We are a fast-growing flexible packaging manufacturer scaling rapidly through strategic acquisitions. This growth has created a complex, multi-site systems landscape that requires a hands-on ERP Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the stability, reliability, and continuous optimization of our ERP ecosystem, ensuring our manufacturing, finance, and supply chain operations remain seamless across the entire enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage daily ERP operations and support requests, ensuring high availability and system responsiveness across all manufacturing sites. Optimization & Scalability: Identify and implement system enhancements to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance. Roadmap Management: Define and execute the ERP operational roadmap, prioritizing critical upgrades, maintenance, and system stabilization initiatives.
