Senior Research Assistant Greenfield, IN: This position will serve as technical expert for Inlife operational group. Job Responsbities: Coordinate activities involved in toxicology and metabolism studies. Perform technical procedures in various areas in compliance with appropriate SOPs, GLPs, and regulatory agency guidelines. To monitor animal health and welfare in compliance with the Animal Welfare Act and help maintain facilities for AAALAC compliance Responsible for study scheduling including: technical team capacity, animal rooms, equipment, live-phase technicians, necropsy, study account set up, animal procurement and daily task scheduling Independently carry out technical phases of complex studies, including study management, data organization, QA audit response, internal and external client communication skills, and quality check procedures. Perform research and development in area of expertise (DART, Telemetry, Safety Tox, Neuro Tox, Pathology, Micrographs) Develop and implement training and train less experienced staff Develop new procedures and associated SOPs.
