Description The Branch Director oversees all operations at the assigned site, providing leadership and accountability for branch management, staff supervision, facility and fleet oversight, safety, and administrative compliance. This role ensures the effective delivery of high-quality programs and services designed to positively impact the lives of youth. Programs are intentionally structured to produce measurable and progressive outcomes that support individual growth and success. Within the branch, youth are served in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment by staff who are deeply committed to the organization’s mission. The Club experience is centered on achieving three core outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Positive Citizenship.
