Research Assistant Full-Time | Remote: Jacksonville, FL Southeast Orthopedic Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant to support our Clinical Research Department. This role is responsible for assisting with clinical studies, maintaining research databases, coordinating patient documentation, and supporting research activities for patients and providers. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and is comfortable interacting with patients, physicians, and clinical staff. Prior experience in clinical research, medical office support, or healthcare administration is highly desirable. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain online database. Assists in the collection of new data, the maintenance of current data, and the retrieval of misplaced data. Transfers the inventory of data source documents to the online database (PhDx) to ensure ease of data retrieval. - Perform various record keeping tasks such as scheduling, filing/scanning consent forms and source documents on all participants to ensure ease of data retrieval and tracking of participants within NextGen and online database (P...
