The Position: Lead implementation and support of MA Operations Systems (i.e. medical insights system, MedComms/Portals) Assumes functional ownership and partners with line of business and IT colleagues in managing medical CRM from concept to production, including maintenance, upgrade, troubleshooting, test scripts.
