Description Summary of Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist performs duties of highly technical nature in recruiting and sourcing for ReCon and clients of ReCon. This includes using online recruiting sources to source talent, schedule interviews with clients, onboarding new employees, and working with the HR Manager and Supervisor in developing effective recruiting strategies. Duties: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred with at least (3) three years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. - Leverages networking and online recruiting resources (social networks, professional organizations, trade groups) and uses applicant tracking system to identify and recruits the best candidates. - Attracts, interviews, and qualifies applicants for all open positions including coordinating presence at job fairs. - Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs to the organization. - Completes a prelim...
